One moment, frozen in time. With all those little nerves and muscles, pulling and pushing to make that body and face appear in a certain way. In a way that screams ‘THIS IS ME!”.
And then bang. A 1/125 of a second later, it’s all over. Gone. They look like a stranger, and it’s a completely different shot.
That’s why I’ve loved photography for 18 years, and always will. The endless pursuit of the perfect photo of someone.
And that pursuit takes me all over the country, from my base in London, and the beautiful South West.
